Light for every situation

The light sources of KEUCO mirror cabinets and light mirrors can be controlled via intuitively operated sensors or rotary switches. These can be dimmed in their light intensity and the light colour can be adjusted infinitely - from cosy warm white light at 2,700 Kelvin to daylight white light at 6,500 Kelvin.

Light has scientifically proven qualities and acts on the entire body: Light colour and intensity control and influence our biorhythm and well-being. In the morning, bright and daylight-white light with values of around 6,500 Kelvin boosts the organism - the hormone cortisol is produced. In the evening, a dimmed, warm white light of around 2,700 Kelvin, similar to sunset, sends the right signals for relaxation - the sleep hormone melatonin is released.

To create a new lighting situation for the existing bathroom, it is not necessary to renovate it completely. KEUCO is now relying on in-house development of LED light sources for mirror cabinets and light mirrors. The homogeneity and colour fastness of the LED modules are absolute quality features. In addition to its very low energy consumption, the LED lighting is characterised by outstanding durability: With at least 30,000 operating hours, the modern LEDs light up for a long period of time. In the event that one of the LED lamps needs to be replaced, this can be done easily by a professional: The LED modules from KEUCO are not glued and can therefore be replaced.
