Developing sustainable solutions for bathrooms has been part of KEUCO’s corporate philosophy for years. This applies both to the products themselves and to each individual production step. Take responsibility - in all areas that are important for the high-quality production of products. Protecting the environment and becoming even more sustainable in our processes is the aim of KEUCO.
Manufacturing is about using energy as efficiently as possible.
This is supported, among other things, by the use of its own combined heat and power plant and the use of energy from photovoltaic systems.
In the long term, the focus of plants in production and building technology should be on energy-saving and environmentally friendly systems as well as on the procurement of green electricity.
KEUCO is committed to keeping the use of materials as low as possible.
KEUCO purchases the majority of its deliveries of materials and semi-finished products from Germany, or directly from the region in the fittings segment. Numerous circulating trays are used, so that transport packaging can be completely avoided in many places.
Another aspect of material management is very good waste prevention in production as well as strict quality checks at all stages of the value chain.
Sustainability is firmly anchored in the corporate culture and shapes the production of high-quality products.
These are always designed according to the principles of formal reduction and optimal use of materials. The result is the synergy of design-strength optics and resource-saving material efficiency.
For optimal results, a mix of high-tech production and elaborate handwork is used in production. Even the smallest particles, for example, created during the grinding process of fittings and accessories, are collected and recycled and returned to the production cycle.
Important aspects of the sustainable orientation are the products themselves.
KEUCO therefore offers fittings that save water and thus energy thanks to flow limitation.
The high-quality products are designed to provide pleasure even after many years. And if something doesn't work, our spare parts service offers a solution.
At the same time, attention is paid to having products in the range that can be used by people of all ages and constitutions.
KEUCO products are subject to high quality standards and are produced in accordance with the specifications in compliance with the strictest quality assurance measures and controls “made in Germany”.
The timeless aesthetic design and high quality also ensure that KEUCO products are still up-to-date tomorrow. KEUCO offers comprehensive spare parts management for this purpose.
The KEUCO manufacturer’s warranty starts two years and ends five years after the purchase of the product (warranty period).

Broaden your view. KEUCO also engages regionally and supra-regionally in social projects - the spectrum of engagement is broad. For example, local sports clubs, cultural projects and schools are supported.
In addition, KEUCO supports public institutions and projects on the topic of water and health worldwide. In 2019, KEUCO became aware of the Kumanga initiative, which offers people in Malawi help to help themselves. At its core, it is about building wells in areas where there is a lack of fresh drinking water.
The sustainability report summarises how KEUCO practices responsible conduct with regard to economic, ecological and social aspects of sustainability.
The Council for Sustainable Development (RNE) has recognised the KEUCO Sustainability Report and it is therefore officially listed in the German Sustainability Code (DNK).

DNK SIEGEL
KEUCO’s sustainability report has been recognised by the Council for Sustainable Development (RNE) and is now officially listed in the German Sustainability Code (DNK). This means that KEUCO meets the strict transparency standards of the DNK and has received the official DNK seal for this.
This signet confirms that KEUCO acts in accordance with the 20 sustainability criteria of the DNK. We are already working on the new sustainability report. Regular reporting makes progress transparent to the public and makes KEUCO’s path to a more sustainable future visible.
