The “Neue Mitte Westerland” combines the original nature and urban lifestyle of the North Sea Island
The apartments in “Neuen Mitte Westerland” are located in the middle of the island’s bustling city. They are used as holiday accommodation or year-round residence in the best location. A total of 22 residential units were built on the three upper floors. The top floor is reserved for two luxurious penthouses, below which there are various types of apartments. Large terraces due to the staggered structure, open floor plans and an interior design in the typical island style characterise the living quality of the “Neuen Mitte Westerland”. Six exclusive retail spaces and refined boutiques are located on the ground floor. The well thought-out mixed-use concept was conceived by Hamburg-based project developer DC Developments.
The architects of UK2 Urban Architecture from Hamburg have placed great emphasis on timeless design, high-quality materials and the best quality when selecting the products for the furnishing of the apartments. It is only obvious that KEUCO washbasins, bathroom furniture, light mirrors and accessories have made their way into the luxurious bathrooms.
The EDITION 11 washbasin with anthracite-coloured base unit from KEUCO sets a sophisticated accent and forms the centrepiece of any light-filled bathroom. The shiny glass front creates an extravagant flair.
The light mirror was chosen to match the bathroom furniture’s straight-lined design. The light mirror of the EDITION 11 draws attention to itself in its formal reduction. The wide, lateral light wings are striking. Upon close observation, they turn out to be swivelling and each reveal a swivelling mirror. As a result, the light mirror offers a perfect all-round view. At the same time, the intelligent lighting concept always ensures individually adjustable, optimal facial illumination.
The innovative EDITION 11 interior design concept by KEUCO, designed by the design office Tesseraux + Partner, Potsdam, was specially developed for sophisticated interior design and offers individual solutions for creative and demanding bathroom planning.
