Pure luxury in the new building between the terminals
The 5-star hotel Hilton Munich Airport is located as an “oasis of tranquillity” between terminals 1 and 2 of Munich Airport. The exciting architecture with the glass atrium already hints at the exclusivity of the interior on arrival. International guests like to use the hotel for overnight stays before continuing their journey, for meetings or to relax between flights. In the spacious guest rooms, the discerning guest doesn't notice the trouble of the airport, as soundproof windows and an idyllic view of the courtyard, atrium or garden allow for absolute peace and quiet.
The hotel enjoys very good capacity utilisation and increased the number of exclusive rooms with a further extension. Only the finest materials and finishes were used in the new building, which was completed in 2016, to create a very special atmosphere. The charm of the Bavarian capital is reflected in the high-quality interior design, for example, through the abstract silhouette of the Alps and the wooden furniture. Selected design objects can be found in the sleeping area and of course in the bathrooms. The interior designers from JOI-Design, Inh. Peter Joehnk and Corinna Kretschmar-Joehnk, designed the rooms for the hotel.
When entering the bathrooms, the glossy chrome surfaces of the KEUCO accessories and the iLook_move cosmetics mirror immediately catch the eye. The KEUCO products stand out from the discreet colour scheme of the tiles and the interior with their elegant radiance.
Designed by the renowned design agency Tesseraux+Partner, Potsdam, the iLook_move cosmetics mirror shines in particular with its exceptionally sophisticated and durable hinge technology.
The mirror can be optimally adjusted in height, sideways and inclination. The extremely stable wall mounting set and the best quality and first-class workmanship make it an indispensable companion in the hotel bathroom for many years.
Individually adapted PLAN grab bars from KEUCO adorn the glass door of the shower partition and the drawer of the sink and can also be used as a towel holder. An additional PLAN grab bar serves the guest’s safety in the shower. The stylish EDITION 11 shower basket from KEUCO hangs next to it in a harmonious combination. The striking yet understated design gives the shower basket an outstanding aesthetic.
